Samsung penis billboard - hoax

So apparently this billboard went up:

But I think it is fake and photo-shopped. I corrected it using MS Paint: 

So you can clearly see the spacing between the words are now all consistent. Somebody just pulled the "is" closer to the "pen" and had to insert a comma because of the large space.
